Driving Game from Xicat Interactive, by IncaGold GmbH
Budget arcade-style racing game. The aim is to simply survive whilst traveling at speed through city streets, at night, whilst the cops attempt to stop you. The game consists of ten stages set in various US cities including LA, New York and Dallas. You earn cash after each stage that can be spent on a better car. The game's 3D graphics are reasonable. There is no multi-player mode and the game may lack longevity.
