This higHalf-Lifey successful racing game that features numerous authentic vehicles and game options, as well as high-quality graphics. In all, some 140 cars from top manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Volkswagen and Ford are recreated.
Game options are arcade, sim or two-player modes. The sim mode is structured as a full career. You must build up your skill and bank balance by doing well. As you improve you can afford to upgrade your vehicle and when you win a race you are awarded a new car. The sim mode employs a license system. There are three licenses, each with eight test components. The licenses you have dictate which races can be entered. There are 18 races in sim mode. They cover different classes of cars and types of competition. They vary in length, up to an hour. The inclusion of long races offers a realistic racing experience.
The game's 3D graphics are very good and the controls are effective.
