Destruction derby sim. You smash into your opponents for spectacular collisions.
The game offers a choice of racing tracks and demolition arenas. On the tracks success is not just based on winning, valuable points are awarded for damage to other cars. The goal in the arenas is to destroy as many cars as possible.
Various other play modes such as 'chicken' and 'suicide' are also included. The aim in chicken mode is to avoid on-coming traffic. In suicide mode, it is to be the first car destroyed. The multi-player option allows two people to compete on a split screen.
The game incorporates a good choice of vehicles, each with their own characteristics. Many of the cars and tracks must be earned by success in the earlier stages. The game's graphics and physics model are good.
