Children's Game from Lego Media, by Krisalis
Version of the traditional game featuring Lego characters and including numerous animations. It is a good introduction for kids to the game of chess. There are two main game options; quick-start matches and story mode. Story mode offers two sets of games tied together by a plot, based on the old west and pirate themes. A notable feature of the game is the tutorial system and strategy guide that are on hand to help develop the player's game. A good selection of animations and audio clips are incorporated.
