Fighting game. The 'tb' stands for 'team battle'.
The game boasts impressive graphics, particularly in the character animation. Fighters and arenas are rendered in full 3D. Arenas now have varied terrain.
There are 13 characters in all, including the boss, Durai (who is made of liquid metal). Biographical information on each fighter is included. The fights are conducted in one of eleven different arenas set in varied environments that include a cave, a desert, a library and a subway.
The game employs a good control method with hundreds of moves possible. A side-step has been added to the repertoire. The in-depth practice mode enables players to refine their skills
There are two main modes of play, Normal and Team Battle. Normal Mode features a championship of nine one-on-one battles. In Team Battle mode you select a team of fighters and control them against another human- or computer-controlled teams.
