Futuristic, arcade-style racing game. It features a selection of super-fast cars that are equipped with aerodynamics enabling improved 'flight'. Game options include circuit and stunt modes plus single and ghost (time trail) races. Up to four people can compete in battles and races. The game offers a choice of six street tracks set in a futuristic vision of San Francisco. There is also a special obstacle course that can be unlocked in the stunt mode.

Coins are scattered around the tracks and special switches can be activated to open shortcuts. A selection of high-powered vehicles is available. Players can assemble their own vehicles, choosing chassis, engine and tires. Coins unlock new vehicle components. The game employs good 3D graphics and audio. The controls are effective.
