Adventure Game from Origin Systems
This space combat/adventure game incorporates lots of FMV sequences to develop the strong narrative. The game's story picks up after the Confederacy's defeat of the Kilrathi with a new threat in form of mysterious attacks on human ships.
You take the role of Confed Colonel Blair acted by Mark Hamill. Malcolm MacDowell and John Rhys-Davis also star. The game's 13 missions have varied objectives, including rescue, salvage and reconnaissance, as well as combat. The game's structure is not strictly linear, you make decisions in the responses of Blair during the narrative sequences and there is a choice of missions at some points. New weapons have been added since the last game and the graphics are markedly better.
