Puzzle game. Like the earlier Shanghai games, this one features straightforward puzzle action using mahjongg titles. The aim is to remove matching pairs of tiles from a stacked arrangement until none are left. Players can only move tiles which have an adjacent space. This installment is the first to offer a full version of the traditional game of mahjongg.
The game features a selection of nine themed tile sets, plus a tool that enables you to design your own. Themes include Ancient Egypt and space. Some forty layouts and four difficulty settings are available. Game options include tournament, multi-player and an easy mode for kids. Multi-player games can be played on same machine over LAN or Net. The game's 3D graphics and interface are effective.
