Adventure Game from Psygnosis
Adventure game. Set in the future, you take the role of Garrit Sherova, a new recruit to the Icarus space station. A large part of the gameplay is the interaction with NPCs. Many of the characters are hostile and they have pre-existing relationships to be uncovered. You can adjust Garrit's demeanor (happy or sad/aggressive) during conversations.
