Adventure/role-playing game. The game has a good story and features a strong cast of characters (including many that are familiar from the earlier games in the series).
You begin by defining your character and there are four classes to choose from. The premise is that your character must complete seven challenges in order to be worthy to inherit the kingdom of Silmaria.
The game is essentially a point-and-click adventure game with RPG-style character development and inventory management. A good range of weapons and other items are incorporated. The game employs detailed pre-rendered backgrounds combined with 3D characters. A notable feature of the game is the high-quality musical soundtrack that accompanies play.
