RPG set in a fantasy universe.
You control a character named Levant who is a 'Cocoon Master'. All hope rests on Levant to save his village from a group of evil forest spirits. As well as engaging in combat as you explore, you'll encounter numerous NPCs to interact with.
You accumulate magical power as the game progresses. The most notable feature of the game is the ability to collect and use magical creatures that come in four varieties (based on the elements). You can combine these creatures and then train them before unleashing them on your enemies. These creatures can be saved to the memory card and then used in two-player versus battles.
The game has a Japanese-animation feel to it. Characters, including many different creatures, and backgrounds are slickly designed. The graphics are impressive. Atmospheric sound effects and music accompany play.
