3D platform/adventure game based on the first book by J. K Rowling and the related movie. As is the case with the book and movie, the game is called Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in the US.
The game sees Harry exploring Hogwart's School for Magical Studies, Daigon Alley and Gringott's bank before a final showdown. The gameplay involves completing tasks set by various characters, taking lessons at the school, collecting items and casting spells. Among the many mini-games is a version of Quidditch. Chocolate Frogs and Bernie Bott's Every Flavor Beans are scattered around. The frogs provide energy and the beans act as money for the purchase of useful items. The game's graphics are reasonable and the game recreates the look of the movie. The game employs simple controls in keeping with its attempt to be accessible to the younger gamer.
