Adventure Game from Microsoft Games, by Bungie Studio
Futuristic first-person shooter. The game combines impressive graphics with intense gameplay. You take the role of Master Chief, a cyborg. Set during a war between mankind and an alien race, The Covenant, the premise is that Master Chief is awakened to prevent the aliens from infiltrating a research facility on an array called Halo.
The quality of the AI is an important aspect of the single-player game since your human marine allies attempt to provide cover and will perform other useful tasks. The Covenant forces offer realistic resistance. A vast arsenal of powerful weapons features including machine guns, rocket launchers and sniper rifles, but Master Chief can only carry two at a time. This adds a strategic edge to the gameplay. The main game can be played through by the single player or by two players cooperatively. There is also deathmatch mode for up to sixteen players (up to four per console and up to four consoles linked).
