Third installment in this series of adventure games. This game employs fully 3D graphics for the first time. The game's hero, Gabriel is a shadow hunter - a bounty hunter who specializes in the supernatural. You control him for most of the game, but at points take control his sidekick Grace, who does much of his research back at HQ.
The setting of the main investigation has the advantage of being a real place surrounded in real mystery. The location is Rennes-le-Chateau and the church there is said to be linked to a hoard of treasure connected to the Knight Templar. The actual history is included, and the game mixes fiction and non-fiction to good effect. The main story of the game involves a kidnapped prince who has apparently been taken to Rennes-le-Chateau by a group of vampires. You view Gabriel in the third-person and the game employs a point-and-click control system. The game's graphics are generally good.
