RPG that combines great design and fully 3D graphics. It is set in a magical fantasy gameworld consisting of three islands, each with distinctive environments and governments. In the single-player game, you play a character named Zak. Some 80 quests available. The game has an innovative character creation/development system. It isn't based on particular classes and experience automatically improves a character in three attributes (strength, intelligence and dexterity). These improve six skill areas and you choose to favor one or more of these.
The gameplay primarily involves exploration and combat. Stealth is important, a line of sight system enables you to judge when its safe to pass an enemy. Damage caused during combat effects specific parts of the body, so repeated hits to the same area are more effective. Time passes in-game and you can advance time, useful when traveling between locations. There is a multi-player mode for up to six players (via Net or LAN).
