Zax - The Alien Hunter

Futuristic shoot 'em up. You take the role of a soldier named Zax who crash-lands on an alien planet. The race is then on to repair his ship before the planet is destroyed by a nearby supernova. The game consists of a series of challenging levels in which Zax must collect various objects and face various enemies. He gains experience and resources to make new weapons as the game progresses. He is helped by his ship's computer called Zelon. The game boasts good design and graphics. It is played on an isometric landscape viewed from an overhead perspective.
