Highly-acclaimed, first-person shooter. Set in the future the game features an extensive selection of characters, high-powered weaponry and arenas. The game focuses on multi-player action.
The single-player game consists of competitions against computer-controlled bots. There are four modes of play; Deathmatch, Domination, Capture the Flag and Assault. In 'Domination' mode you direct a team of bots with the aim of holding various key areas within a level for as long as possible. 'Assault' mode involves taking an enemy base and then defending it, all within a time limit. Once these have been mastered there is a final face-off with the boss bot. When commanding teams of bots you issue orders via an easy-to-use menu. There are eight difficulty levels to work through.
The game also offers top quality multi-player action, via LAN or on-line. The game boasts high-quality 3D graphics. In addition, the AI is particularly advanced.
