Part of this popular series of beat 'em ups, this installment is the first to be released for PlayStation 2. The game combines improved graphics and character animation with explosive effects. The action is faster than the previous games in the series and new moves are available. Both familiar character and a few ones are incorporated. A notable new addition is the character editor that allows you to create your own characters. There is a selection of game modes including 'Original Mode' which mixes up bout types including team-tag and two-on-one matches. The multi-player mode allows up to four people to play at the same time.
