Action Game from Capcom
Arcade-conversion and part of this highly-successful series of beat 'em up games. It is known as Street fighter Zero 2 in Japan. The premise is that the world's top fighters have gathered together to compete. The game offers a choice of practice, arcade and two-player versus modes. Unlike in the previous games, each fighter faces a different boss in the arcade mode. The game features a selection of characters including those familiar from the other Street Fighter games and three characters from Capcom's other game 'Final Fight'.
A new addition to the fighting system is the 'super combo' system; a gauge fills up through successful attacks. You decide when to unleash your special combos which are more powerful the longer you wait (the gauge is divided into three levels). In all there are eighteen playable fighters. The game employs good 2D graphics and character animation.
