Action adventure game based on the classic Planet of the Apes movies and TV series (not on the recent Tim Burton movie). You take the role of a human who accidentally travels into the future and crash-lands on the Planet of the Apes. The game features characters and locations familiar for the movies. It consists of some 15 main levels. The gameplay involves exploration, hand-to-hand combat and limited puzzle-solving. Cutscenes intersperse the levels. The game is played for a third-person perspective but it possible to switch to a first-person view. Weapons, such as knives, become available as you progress. The game's graphics are outdated and the control system could be better. There is no mid-level saving nor a multi-player mode.
