Action Game from ASC Games, by Visual Concepts Entertainment, Inc.
Third-person action game. You take the role of a John Cain. Set in the future under an evil military machine Cain embarks on a one-man crusade to fight back. He has been the subject of an experiment that t has turned one of his arms into a powerful gun. The game's 3D graphics and level design are good. The control system could be better.
