Fighting game in which you take the role of a samurai warrior. Set against the backdrop of Sixteenth Century Japan (Sengoku Age). The premise is that a group of actors are traveling from Edo to Kyoto and must compete in fights against rival troupes. Bouts are tag team affairs. Style and damage are rewarded. Cash is earned from a paying audience and as well as landing attacks it is possible to taunt opponents. You can hire members of rival troupes adding a minor management component to the game. There is a two-player mode alongside the single-player game. The game employs a simplistic fighting system. The graphics and controls are generally effective.
