Action Game from NovaLogic Inc.
Follow-up to the acclaimed original. The game offers better graphics and more varied gameplay than the first game. You control part of Delta Force, an elite special forces unit that operates under the direct control of the US government. The gameplay combines first-person shooter and strategy elements.
The single-player mode consists of a choice of two campaigns with a total of around 25 missions and some 20 stand-alone missions. They are set in diverse locations, from Antarctica to Africa. A comprehensive mission editor is also included. The multi-player option supports up to 50 people on-line. A notable feature is the Voice-Over-Net technology that allows you to communicate with other players, either to refine your team's strategy o the ground or to taunt members of the enemy force!
An important addition to the game system is the Commander's Screen, which allows you to plan your strategy on an overhead map before a mission begins. You establish waypoints for the members of your team. You also equip them at this stage.
